Inspection VisitsWhen you have done your research, established your budget and have decided which area you think you would like to buy in, contact us and we will be pleased to arrange your inspection visit for you.At our expense, we will arrange full board accommodation (usually in a 4 star hotel) for the duration of your stay and by discussion we will arrange for you to visits as many properties as necessary within your price range and chosen location/s. All you need to pay for is your return flight to the local Airport of your chosen area. Conscious that time may be at a premium, we cover the ground in a focused but relaxed manner, allowing you time to take in what you have seen. Clearly if you see and sign up to your dream property on day 1, then the remainder of your visit can be spent relaxing, shopping, bungee jumping, sightseeing or basically whatever you want. These visits typically last three to four days duration but can be organised to suit your individual needs. You will be met at your arrival Airport by our Spain representative and accompanied on a 1-1 basis for the duration of your stay. Your outgoing flight can be made from any number of UK departure airports which service your intended arrival airport. N.B. If you are successful in locating and buying a suitable property during your inspection visit, the cost of your flights will be reimbursed to you in the UK, once we have received confirmation from the developer, or vendor that the second stage payment has been made |     |
