For property in Turkey, Cyrpus, Portugal and Bulgaria, we will pay you 25% of our commission and 40% of our commission for properties in Spain and Italy. Payments can range from £350-500 for a low-priced Turkish or Bulgarian property, to well over £1,000 for a larger property in Spain. N.B. All commissions payable are net of any flight refunds or cash-back incentives we have to pay the buyer. |
